Our in-house team of word processors, editors, graphic artists, and reprographics personnel shares project information and ensures version control to create a cohesive product supporting a project’s compliance goals. MBA’s reprographics facility offers additional project cost savings (typically, a saving of 25 percent over outsourcing).
We employ a variety of techniques to ensure that quality control is applied to our projects, we:
Facilitate an initial review of all products and reports by word processors and technical editors for consistency and grammatical/ technical accuracy
Conduct a peer review of technical products by the project director and senior management to provide any assistance that might add an additional degree of technical quality to the document before it is released to the client
Support immediate file exchange through our company-wide network to ensure version control
MBA can also provide a variety of data output, including printed copy and digital transmittal via e-mail, CD, or fax. We offer our clients geographic information systems (GIS) services. Software includes all current Windows, GIS, CAD applications.
MBA’s in-house reprographics department uses Ricoh systems, along with a variety of automated binding options, photo-quality color printing, and laminating for professional report production, and a mass duplicator for CD production. Technically trained and dedicated staff ensure document reproduction complies with internal protocols and meets client expectations.
